The Senior Director of Business Demand Generation and Marketing will play a pivotal role in achieving demand generation and market leadership goals. This position is responsible for leading a small team to develop and execute go-to-market strategies that leverage product positioning, promotions, and messaging to capture market share in the medium and enterprise markets through targeted segmentation and integrated campaigns. In this role, the Senior Director will develop successful go-to-market lead and demand generation campaigns, ensuring successful product launches through collaboration with cross-functional teams including engineering, product management, IT, operations, consumer marketing, and sales. The individual will utilize a variety of marketing tactics, both digital and offline, to meet penetration and sales conversion targets. Continuous review of the lead universe and prospect lists will be essential to refine targeted campaigns for success. The role requires a hands-on approach, with the ability to learn and apply insights through iteration, pivoting when necessary to drive towards objectives. This is an in-person role based in Dallas, TX, requiring regular attendance at the office. The ideal candidate is driven by leading and serving great teams, constantly setting challenging goals and working to exceed them.
