About the position

The Senior Director of Creative Operations at Uline is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of a large creative team, ensuring the successful execution of creative campaigns and projects. This role involves overseeing project workflows, collaborating with senior leadership, and optimizing team performance in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Guide Uline's Creative team with strong time management skills, meeting tight schedules in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
• Oversee the workflow of all projects, including design, print, photography, and web.
• Collaborate with owners and C-suite leaders to gain multiple approvals from key stakeholders.
• Work independently and with cross-functional teams while managing competing priorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 15+ years of project management experience, successfully overseeing complex projects in dynamic environments.
• 10+ years of proven success leading large in-house teams, optimizing workflows.
• Outstanding presentation, communication, and collaboration skills to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Team player - ready to roll up your sleeves and be in the details.
