About the position
The Company is seeking a Senior Director of D365 F&O Solutions to optimize and develop its Warehouse Management and Financial System. This fully remote role requires a D365 expert with a strong background in ERP, particularly in trade, logistics, and supply chain management. The successful candidate will lead a team, manage performance, and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance system capabilities and ensure effective implementation.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate system capabilities and identify areas for improvement.
- Lead a team to support the D365 F&O system and drive continuous improvement.
- Manage team performance and development.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize system requirements.
- Oversee system testing, documentation, and user training for effective implementation.
Requirements
- Proven track record in functional solutions architecture.
- Strong background in ERP, particularly in trade and logistics.
- Experience in supply chain management.
- Demonstrated people management skills.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Familiarity with financial systems and processes.
