Responsibilities

  • Lead a full brand refresh focusing on brand story and positioning.
  • Crystallize the brand vision and develop a bold brand-centric strategy.
  • Oversee teams across multiple functions for effective collaboration.
  • Ensure clear vision around brand purpose and ambition.
  • Maintain the integrity of First Aid Beauty's brand identity across all consumer touch points.
  • Lead Global Product Development to enable award-winning new product development.
  • Collaborate with the creative director to produce consistent creative content.
  • Anticipate consumer needs through understanding customer behavior.
  • Design marketing and customer acquisition strategies to grow the brand.
  • Manage P&L and build a budget to support profit targets.
  • Analyze customer insights and market trends to build successful strategies.
  • Liaise with corporate partners to share best practices.
  • Act as the face of the brand to industry press and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in marketing or brand management.
  • Experience in beauty and consumer packaged goods.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of global markets and brand program management.
  • Collaborative and empathetic leadership skills.
  • Experience in building multi-year strategic plans.
  • Proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Solid understanding of market research and data analysis methods.
