About the position

The Senior Director of Marketing at Eat the Change will lead the marketing efforts for the Just Ice Tea brand, focusing on developing and implementing integrated marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and sales. This role is pivotal in managing the brand's day-to-day operations and collaborating with various teams to drive growth across multiple distribution channels. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and possess a strong commitment to the company's mission of promoting sustainable and healthy food choices.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute an integrated marketing plan that increases awareness, engagement, and sales.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the Just Ice Tea beverage line within growth channels, including marketing strategy, new product launches, and shopper marketing.
  • Oversee Brand, Field Marketing, and Social Media roles, fostering a collaborative team culture.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create and implement retail/distribution growth strategies.
  • Lead the development of communication and creative assets for various platforms including retail, social media, web, and print.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal team members and external partners, promoting trust and transparency.
  • Participate in company calls, team meetings, and quarterly board and annual shareholder meetings.

Requirements

  • 8-10+ years of significant experience in fast-growth CPG food and/or beverage enterprises.
  • 3-5 years of supervisory experience demonstrating emotional intelligence.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to lead discussions and invite dialogue.
  • Experience in an entrepreneurial culture that scaled quickly and effectively.
  • Ability to thrive in a startup environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Self-starter with a strong work ethic and eagerness to learn and grow.
