About the position

The Data & Analytics Product & Design Sr. Director is responsible for the vision and prioritization of the Data & Analytics platform and product teams. This role involves overseeing the roadmap, ensuring it aligns with business and technical needs, and enabling platform teams to deliver value. The Sr. Director will collaborate with various teams to ensure technical delivery and value realization, making this a critical leadership position within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision and prioritization of the Data & Analytics platform and product teams.
• Develop and manage the roadmap for the Data & Analytics platform.
• Ensure the roadmap meets business and technical needs.
• Collaborate with Architecture, Data, Analytics, and ML teams for technical delivery.
• Synthesize requirements from multiple stakeholders into a cohesive platform vision.
• Oversee the lifecycle of data platforms in a multi-team/channel context.
• Manage planning, dependency management, change control, risk, compliance, and governance for digital delivery.
• Translate business needs into technical and operational domains.

Requirements

• Knowledge of standard practices and technology in Data & Analytics.
• Experience in selecting, building, and integrating data platforms.
• Experience owning platforms over their lifecycle in a multi-team context.
• Ability to synthesize conflicting requirements into a single platform vision.
• Deep understanding of digital delivery processes and governance.
• Understanding of business needs and value drivers for Data & Analytics products.
• Expert knowledge of public Cloud offerings like Azure and GCP.
• Experience with industry-leading solutions in clean room technology.
• Experience in translating business needs to technical domains.
• Extensive experience in Agile Development and team leadership.
