The Senior Director of Charitable Gaming Solutions and Merchandising will be responsible for driving the growth and expansion of charitable gaming opportunities through innovative sales models and solutions tailored to a diverse customer base. This role will oversee key products and collaborate with various teams to enhance Arrow's overall enterprise sales.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the business owner for Nevada Gold ticket dispensers, max game manager pull-tab ticket verifiers, max bar bingo solutions, bingo consoles, and point of sale systems.
  • Create and execute comprehensive sales strategies and tactics to leverage product offerings, working closely with internal sales teams and third-party distributors to ensure effective execution.
  • In collaboration with third-party distributors, assess, design, and implement revenue share models for paper pull tabs targeting specific customer segments (where compliant).
  • Gather and analyze market feedback, competitive intelligence, and internal insights to formulate a feature function roadmap for each solution and their integration.
  • Work in partnership with engineering and technology teams to understand the impacts of research and development costs, product costs, service costs, and the prioritization of the product roadmap.
  • Develop and implement tracking methods for the install base, prioritize prospective end-customers, ensure adequate training for the sales team and user base, and strive to minimize returns and service requirements.
  • Assist in establishing a broader business product management function at Arrow, leveraging successes and lessons learned from initiatives.

Requirements

  • BA/BS in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales and business development, particularly within the gaming or entertainment industry.
  • Strong understanding of charitable gaming regulations and compliance.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
  • Experience in managing cross-functional teams and projects.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 30% of the time.
