About the position

As the Senior Director of Product Management at Balsam Brands, you will lead a team of product managers to develop innovative solutions that enhance customer experiences and drive profitable revenue growth. This strategic role requires collaboration with various departments and a focus on agile methodologies to optimize workflows and support team members. You will be responsible for creating a product vision that aligns with the company's goals and mentoring your team to achieve business outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy aligned with the company's overall business goals
  • Drive the adoption and implementation of agile methodologies, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement
  • Identify and capitalize on market opportunities to drive revenue growth through the development of new products and features
  • Deeply understand customer needs and preferences, ensuring that products and features meet or exceed their expectations
  • Recruit, develop, and mentor a high-performing team of product managers
  • Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and other departments to ensure successful product development and launch
  • Leverage data and analytics to inform product decisions and measure performance
  • Promote collaboration and alignment with organizational values, translating company initiatives into a clear vision.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in product management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
  • Proven track record of driving agile transitions and increasing revenue growth in an ecommerce environment
  • Strong understanding of product development methodologies and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
