Circana's General Merchandise Retailer-Manufacturer Collaboration team is dedicated to delivering measurable business outcomes to our retailers and manufacturers. In the role of Sr. Director, you will be accountable for driving the use of Circana's data sets and solutions specifically designed for Walmart and Sam's Club. This position requires you to leverage the data and solutions to deliver programs that provide insights and identify mutually beneficial business-building opportunities. You will engage with various internal teams, including Retail, Manufacturer, Value Delivery, Knowledge Centers, and Product teams, to ensure that we have the offerings that deliver value to our enrolled clients, thereby ensuring client satisfaction and renewals. As a Sr. Director, you will also be responsible for driving new business by acquiring new clients and accounts. Your focus will be on delivering growth by securing a sustainable sales pipeline, developing new revenue opportunities, and unlocking new budget centers. This hybrid position is based in Bentonville, AR, where you will be expected to work onsite two days a week in our office. Your role will involve owning strategic partnerships and ensuring client satisfaction by developing and delivering programs that enhance manufacturers' use of their retail-specific data and solution investments. You will maintain positive customer relationships by becoming an industry subject matter expert in Retailer-Manufacturer collaboration. Additionally, you will proactively pursue measurable business objectives, partnering with both manufacturers and retailers to drive sales and renewals for existing accounts, securing a pipeline of new revenue opportunities, and maintaining client relationships. You will also be the main point of contact for Northwest Arkansas manufacturer requests, problems, and questions, and will participate in industry events and forums in the region.
