About the position

Join us as a Senior Director of US Precision Medicine Marketing, where you will be responsible for developing and leading our US Precision Medicine Strategy. This role offers the opportunity to lead a team of primarily HQ employees and work closely with the field Precision Medicine team in support of its pull-through efforts. As a Senior Director, you will develop and execute the US precision medicine/diagnostics strategy and tactics to support patient identification/treatment eligibility for multiple solid tumors, samples, and tests. You will be a key stakeholder in the assessment, decision-making process, and implementation of external partnerships with diagnostics companies. Your role will also involve managing the budget, promoting effective utilization of resources, and adhering to internal standard processes and regulatory compliance requirements. In this position, you will leverage your extensive experience in commercial pharma to drive the marketing strategy across multiple channels. You will be responsible for leading a team, ensuring that all marketing efforts align with the overall business objectives and regulatory standards. Your leadership will be crucial in navigating the complexities of the oncology diagnostics landscape, and you will be expected to make informed decisions in ambiguous situations. The role requires a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for growth and innovation within the precision medicine space, ultimately aiming to enhance patient outcomes through effective marketing strategies. Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the US precision medicine/diagnostics strategy and tactics.
  • Support patient identification/treatment eligibility for multiple solid tumors, samples, and tests.
  • Lead a team of primarily HQ employees and collaborate with the field Precision Medicine team.
  • Manage the budget and promote effective utilization of resources.
  • Ensure adherence to internal standard processes and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Assess and implement external partnerships with diagnostics companies.
  • Drive marketing strategy across multiple channels to align with business objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree Required
  • 10 years of Commercial pharma Experience
  • Confirmed proficiency in marketing across multiple channels
  • Prior experience leading teams

Nice-to-haves

  • Advanced degree in business, life sciences, medical, or pharmacy
  • Companion Diagnostics functional experience
  • Ability to lead and influence through change; make decisions in ambiguity
  • Launch experience of oncology diagnostics, anatomical or molecular diagnostic products and/or therapeutic marketing
