About the position

The Senior Director of Product AI Engineering at Analog Devices, Inc. is a high-visibility leadership role responsible for driving AI product and solution development within the Edge AI team. This position involves managing a team of AI engineers, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering high-value AI products to business units and customers. The role requires strategic partnership with executives to shape AI product strategy and involves thought leadership in AI for the Edge.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI product and solution development as part of the Edge AI team.
• Manage a team of AI engineers and collaborate with software, data, and embedded teams.
• Build a project pipeline for AI products with business units and customers.
• Work with AI platform and software teams to create reusable AI models and technologies.
• Partner with business units and executive team to drive AI product strategy.
• Identify and prioritize high-value AI product opportunities and develop them with businesses.
• Collaborate with industry innovators, customers, and stakeholders.
• Provide thought leadership in AI for the Edge and represent ADI with customer senior leaders and CTOs.
• Communicate AI's value by articulating high-level concepts and detailed user stories.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in engineering, including 5+ years in AI or machine learning development.
• Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience owning products or projects from inception to delivery, especially in the semiconductor space.
• Proven leadership in AI and software engineering with the ability to mentor and develop talent.
• Strong communication skills and ability to establish credibility quickly.

• Experience in the semiconductor industry is a plus.
