About the position

The Senior Director of Product Management for the AI Platform at Talkdesk is a leadership role focused on driving the development and innovation of AI-driven solutions for customer engagement. This position involves strategic oversight of product management, team development, and collaboration with various stakeholders to enhance the AI platform's capabilities and market presence.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision for the future of Talkdesk Voice in contact centers and evangelize this vision with customers, partners, and employees.
• Manage a team of product managers, inspiring, guiding, and mentoring them in product management best practices.
• Define, realize, and optimize the market strategy, product roadmap, release planning, feature delivery, and team engagement metrics.
• Partner with engineering to make swift and smart decisions, moving fast to deliver value for customers.
• Launch new capabilities with a detailed approach to product marketing and customer success.
• Engage with customers during pre-sales and post-sales implementations to ensure the product meets their business outcomes.
• Define and execute collaboration models with other product areas and GTM teams to enhance customer experience.
• Participate in industry events, customer briefings, analyst briefings, and advisory boards.

Requirements

• Deep knowledge of CCaaS, CPaaS, UCaaS, or telecommunications.
• 8+ years of product management experience in defining, launching, and growing Enterprise or SaaS products in an agile environment.
• 3+ years of experience leading, mentoring, and developing product management teams.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with excellent communication abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field; MBA is a plus.
