About the position

The Senior Director, Product Management & Marketing is responsible for leading the product management and marketing strategy for Brother Mobile Solutions (BMS), a division of Brother International Corporation. This role encompasses overseeing the product lifecycle, market analysis, and the execution of comprehensive marketing strategies to drive growth and market share. The position requires collaboration with various teams to ensure alignment with company goals and effective execution of marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the product management team to create and maintain business-critical product management processes for all BMS product lines.
  • Oversee the product lifecycle from idea generation to product launch and go-to-market execution.
  • Conduct in-depth market analysis and develop business cases for product optimization and new product development.
  • Lead the marketing group in developing and executing all aspects of the marketing strategy, including budget management and campaign execution.
  • Guide team members and partners in creating high-impact marketing campaigns targeting end-users and channel partners.
  • Manage the lead generation process and ensure a closed-loop cycle from lead inception to revenue recognition.
  • Develop and manage KPIs for both product management and marketing teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a similar field.
  • Master's Degree (MBA or equivalent) in Marketing, Engineering, or a similar field.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in marketing, product management, and solutions/vertical marketing.
  • Extensive experience in marketing technology products in commercial/industrial sectors.
  • Significant executive leadership experience overseeing multiple complex teams.
  • Experience in business planning and analysis for new product introductions.
