About the position

As a Product Manager overseeing Registration and Scheduling within Oracle's Revenue Cycle, you will lead the development and strategic direction of products designed to streamline patient access and scheduling processes. This role requires a deep understanding of healthcare operations and a customer-centric mindset to deliver innovative, high-quality solutions that enhance the patient and provider experience. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align solutions with the broader Oracle Health Applications & Infrastructure strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Define and implement the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Registration and Scheduling products.
  • Engage with healthcare stakeholders to gather insights and ensure products meet market needs.
  • Drive new product development and enhancements to existing solutions.
  • Partner with engineering, marketing, sales, and other teams to manage product releases and deployment.
  • Leverage market research and analytics to inform product direction and prioritize features.
  • Own the product backlog, define user stories, and lead Agile development.
  • Serve as a product ambassador, sharing the product vision and strategy.
  • Maintain a focus on delivering high-quality solutions and fostering a culture of innovation.
  • Lead and mentor a team of product managers.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in product management, preferably in healthcare IT or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare revenue cycle, patient registration, and scheduling workflows.
  • Proven track record in managing full product lifecycle from concept to release.
  • Experience with SaaS solutions and Agile methodologies.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
  • Data-driven mindset with a focus on user experience and market competitiveness.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Healthcare Management, or related field; Advanced degree preferred.
