About the position

The Senior Director, Product Marketing at LetsGetChecked is a strategic leadership role focused on developing and executing comprehensive product marketing strategies to drive product adoption and market growth in the healthcare sector. This position requires a dynamic leader with a strong background in B2B and healthcare marketing, responsible for creating go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and sales enablement across various B2B verticals. The role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams and the executive team to align marketing strategies with company goals, while also mentoring and managing a high-performing product marketing team.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive product marketing strategies to drive product adoption and market growth.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to align product marketing strategies with company goals and objectives.
  • Lead market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Define and articulate the unique value propositions of LetsGetChecked products.
  • Create compelling product messaging and positioning that resonates with target audiences in the healthcare sector.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer personas and buyer journeys.
  • Lead the planning and execution of go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature updates.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and customer success, to ensure seamless product launches.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of product marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing product marketing team.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture that drives results.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and development opportunities for team members.
  • Partner with sales and business development teams to support lead generation and sales enablement efforts.
  • Develop and deliver impactful presentations and product demonstrations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Serve as a spokesperson for LetsGetChecked at industry events, conferences, and media engagements.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of product marketing initiatives.
  • Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and optimize marketing efforts.
  • Report regularly on product marketing performance to the executive team.

Requirements

  • 5-10 years of experience in B2B and Product Marketing, with a focus on healthcare marketing.
  • Proven track record of successful product marketing leadership and team management.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare industry trends, regulations, and market dynamics.
  • Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and CRM systems.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace.
  • Ability to work Eastern Time hours.
