Responsibilities

  • Organize resources, produce deliverables, manage timeframes, and monitor ROI.
  • Accountable for complex cross-functional project delivery including requirements build, solution design, and project risk and issue management.
  • Communicate program achievements, challenges, and risk mitigation to diverse stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain relationships with client leadership and senior project stakeholders.
  • Provide direction, mentorship, and coaching to a high-performing project management team.
  • Identify and facilitate improvement opportunities for team performance and program development.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of health care management and/or consulting experience.
  • 8+ years of project management, client management, and/or program management experience.
  • Expert knowledge of MS Office products.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to various audiences.
  • Experience leading diverse cross-functional groups to drive problem-solving and solution strategy.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • Previous health care knowledge in areas such as provider systems, health plan operations, or ACOs.

Nice-to-haves

  • Preferred working knowledge of AdaptiveWork, Confluence, and JIRA.
