About the position

The Global Senior Director of Revenue Marketing at Nutanix is responsible for shaping the company's growth strategy, driving demand generation, and enhancing digital marketing efforts. This role involves leading initiatives such as Pipeline Acceleration and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize marketing efficiency using advanced technologies like Generative AI. Responsibilities

  • Oversee and execute demand generation efforts for the Global Demand Center, ensuring alignment with pipeline and revenue goals.
  • Collaborate closely with Directors and their teams to drive high-performing digital and web strategies that contribute to overall growth.
  • Spearhead critical projects such as Pipeline Acceleration, implementing strategies that directly impact business outcomes.
  • Leverage cutting-edge technologies like dynamic personalization and Generative AI to optimize marketing processes and improve the customer journey.
  • Work closely with internal teams including Sales, Field Marketing, SDRs, and Marketing Operations to ensure alignment and achievement of business goals.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Revenue Marketing, Demand Generation, or ABX at a SaaS company with a proven track record of achieving pipeline and revenue goals.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.
  • Expertise in Digital and Web strategies with experience shepherding digital growth initiatives and overseeing web projects.
  • Project management proficiency, capable of managing end-to-end marketing projects, ensuring timely execution and alignment with business goals.
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Field Marketing, SDRs, and Marketing Operations teams to meet targets.
