We are in search of an exceptional and experienced marketing and sales leader to drive our revenue growth, enhance our brand, and support the delivery of unforgettable experiences at Flyover. The Senior Director of Sales & Marketing will play a vital role on the Flyover leadership team, focusing on maximizing revenue generation across all attractions. This position will oversee global marketing and sales strategies, fostering customer acquisition, retention, and overall business expansion. Reporting directly to Flyover's Chief Operating Officer, the ideal candidate will be a visionary leader with a robust background in marketing, sales and revenue management within the entertainment, tourism, or attractions sectors. This individual should excel at solving complex challenges in a fast-paced, collaborative, and results-driven organizational culture. The role encompasses several key areas including revenue strategy and management, marketing strategy and execution, sales leadership, brand management, customer experience and engagement, market expansion and growth, and budgeting and financial oversight. The Senior Director will develop and execute a comprehensive revenue strategy aligned with Flyover's growth and profitability goals, oversee pricing strategies and financial performance metrics, and monitor market trends to identify revenue enhancement opportunities. Additionally, they will be responsible for crafting a global marketing strategy that elevates brand awareness and drives customer engagement, while also leading a high-performing global sales team and fostering relationships with key partners to expand market reach. This position requires a strong focus on customer experience, utilizing data-driven insights to personalize marketing efforts and improve customer engagement. The Senior Director will also identify new market opportunities for expansion and lead market entry strategies, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI. The role demands a proactive approach to innovation and collaboration with finance and operations teams to align revenue goals with broader business objectives.
