Sprinklr is seeking a results-oriented Senior Director of Sales Strategy and Operations to play a pivotal role in driving our field organization and shaping our go-to-market (GTM) strategy. This leader will be responsible for developing and executing long-term GTM goals, optimizing sales operations for efficiency, and leveraging data analytics to inform strategic decision-making across the organization. As a strategic partner to the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), you will lead key functions of our field organization while collaborating closely with marketing and other essential support functions throughout the organization. In this role, you will translate facts and data into actionable insights, driving focused execution to influence intended business results. You will oversee the execution of the go-to-market commercial plan in conjunction with our Brand Strategy Team and develop promotional strategies that propel sales and independent consultant recruiting results, ensuring optimal ROI. Your ability to create buy-in from cross-departmental teams will be crucial as you connect the dots between Sprinklr's commercial plan and execution. You will demonstrate the ability to influence field and marketing communication strategies while enabling subject matter experts to execute against a clear, aligned strategy. Partnering with key commercial and non-commercial teams, you will ensure that operating plans are in place to deliver key customer and sales objectives. Establishing best practices for Sprinklr's unique sales strategy and implementing them across all sales channels will be a key focus. You will ensure the GTM team remains focused on delivering plans that align resources to our largest opportunities and activations that drive material results. As a trusted advisor to the CCO and senior leadership, you will provide insights and action plans that drive key results, including maintaining forecast accuracy and cross-functional accountability.
