About the position

Sprinklr is seeking a results-oriented Senior Director of Sales Strategy and Operations to play a pivotal role in driving our field organization and shaping our go-to-market (GTM) strategy. This leader will be responsible for developing and executing long-term GTM goals, optimizing sales operations for efficiency, and leveraging data analytics to inform strategic decision-making across the organization. As a strategic partner to the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), the Senior Director will lead key functions of our field organization while collaborating closely with marketing and other essential support functions throughout the company. The role requires translating facts and data into actionable insights, driving focused execution to influence intended business results. The Senior Director will oversee the execution of the go-to-market commercial plan in conjunction with our Brand Strategy Team and develop promotional strategies that propel sales and independent consultant recruiting results, ensuring optimal ROI. Creating buy-in from cross-departmental teams is crucial, as the Senior Director will connect the dots between Sprinklr's commercial plan and execution. This position demands the ability to influence field and marketing communication strategies while enabling subject matter experts to execute against a clear, aligned strategy. The Senior Director will partner with key commercial and non-commercial teams to ensure that operating plans are in place to deliver key customer and sales objectives. Establishing best practices for Sprinklr's unique sales strategy and implementing them across all sales channels is essential. The role also involves acting as a trusted advisor to the CCO and senior leadership on GTM and sales strategy, providing insights and action plans that drive key results, including forecast accuracy and cross-functional accountability.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
  • 10+ years total sales experience.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a strategic leadership position leading a commercial sales organization.
  • 5+ years' experience translating data into meaningful insights to influence sales strategy.
