Responsibilities
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing content engineering team.
- Collaborate with the Head of Audience Development to align engineering solutions with content and audience strategies.
- Implement scalable architectures and optimize technical infrastructure for enhanced website performance and SEO.
- Lead discussions on engineering best practices and quality standards.
- Drive technical solutions for new business capabilities and product integrations.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience leading high-performing remote engineering teams.
- 10+ years in software engineering with experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Node JS, React, PHP, MySQL.
- Experience with WordPress, CMSs, or other digital asset management systems.
- Knowledge of cloud technologies and AI/machine learning.
- Strong collaboration skills with stakeholders across various functions.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience managing blended onshore, nearshore, and offshore teams.
- Experience with WordPress.
