In this role, you will be responsible for planning the future of the Business Systems Enterprise roadmap for the Finance organization, both in the immediate and long term. This involves defining, driving, and overseeing the strategic direction of the department. You will become a trusted advisor to senior business leaders, partnering with them to understand their operational issues and opportunities. Your goal will be to create technical solutions that scale business operations while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. You will be proactive in identifying and recommending creative ideas to improve business operations. This includes owning a portfolio of projects and leading them to achieve desired goals and benefits, all while adhering to planned timelines and budgets. Additionally, you will manage a technology portfolio that includes third-party commercial solutions and vendor relationships, as well as developing custom solutions on the ServiceNow platform. As a leader, you will develop a global team responsible for engagement, analysis, design, development, quality assurance, and support. Establishing a culture that continuously strives for best practices and solutions excellence will be a key part of your leadership role. You will also be expected to be a thought-leader and influencer, coaching IT personnel and the business to drive results and innovation.
