About the position

The Senior Director, Regional Supply Chain & Operations at Coca-Cola will play a pivotal role in enhancing supply chain strategies and operations solutions to meet customer needs, specifically focusing on the McDonald's Division. This position involves building collaborative relationships with customers and suppliers, ensuring quality and sustainability in supply chain operations, and driving innovation to support business growth objectives. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, capable of navigating complex relationships and delivering results in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Steward the relationship with McDonald's and Franchisees.
  • Manage customer relationships with key McDonald's/IDL Supply Chain leadership across multiple countries and cultures.
  • Assure delivery of the perfect pour to the consumer through the design, training, and delivery of unique quality improvement programs.
  • Ensure compliance with Coca-Cola, customer, and regulatory requirements.
  • Build collaborative relationships with internal partners to develop strategies and business plans.
  • Lead the development and delivery of innovation in both product and equipment for McDonald's.
  • Ensure assured supply through robust risk assessment and contingency plans.
  • Lead delivery of sustainability and productivity solutions for the customer.

Requirements

  • Full English proficiency; Spanish and Portuguese are preferred.
  • 10-15 years of experience in supply chain with strong customer experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering or other technical degree.
  • Operational experience in bottler or business unit preferred.
  • Ability to build consensus and make decisions.

Nice-to-haves

  • Master's degree preferred.
  • Experience in supply chain design for new business opportunities.
  • Skills in negotiation, executive presence, and customer relationship management.
