About the position

As the Sr Director of US Operations, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth, enhancing brand presence, and ensuring customer satisfaction in the US market. This position involves establishing Emulate in the US, building a high-performing team, and collaborating across functions to develop and execute strategic initiatives that align with company objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets.
• Hire, lead, and coach a sales and operations team to optimize performance and exceed sales goals.
• Identify new market opportunities and establish strategic partnerships with channel partners and OEMs.
• Collaborate with the global marketing team to create and execute digital marketing campaigns that enhance brand visibility and generate demand.
• Utilize market research and customer feedback to refine and optimize marketing strategies.
• Oversee the customer success team to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, retention, and advocacy for pilot projects and beyond.
• Work closely with other departments, particularly teams in Europe, to align sales, marketing, and customer success efforts with overall company objectives.
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and analyze the success of sales, marketing, and customer success initiatives.

Requirements

• Demonstrated track record of success in sales leadership, marketing, and customer success roles.
• Proven success in driving revenue growth and achieving business objectives.
• Strong strategic thinking and execution skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams to achieve ambitious targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience from Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) business and startups is required.
• Experience in energy utilities, the electricity market, and scaling SaaS products is a plus.
