As the Sr. Director / Vice President of B2B Marketing & Demand Generation at Tillster, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our B2B marketing strategy with a strong emphasis on demand generation. This position requires a strategic leader who can create and implement programs that not only highlight Tillster's core positioning but also align with the competitive landscape. You will be responsible for identifying key customer groups and developing tailored strategies that cater to their specific roles in the buying process. In collaboration with leadership, you will establish key performance indicators (KPIs) focused on continuous improvement, ensuring that all demand generation campaigns are executed with precision and consistency across all materials and communications. Your primary responsibility will be to own the demand generation strategy for Tillster's customers, creating pipeline generation campaigns aimed at driving new business wins and cross-sell opportunities. You will develop campaigns with a sharp focus on return on investment (ROI) outcomes, ensuring that all marketing efforts are aligned with business objectives. Additionally, you will evaluate and implement the best use cases for marketing automation, CRM platforms, and other relevant technologies to optimize and streamline demand generation processes specific to Tillster's offerings. In the context of the Quick-Service Restaurant (QSR) market, while experience in this sector is valuable, it is not a strict requirement. You will collaborate closely with product, sales, and leadership teams to articulate compelling value propositions for Tillster's commerce platform solutions. Your role will also involve managing strategies for events, tradeshows, sponsorships, webinars, and client summits, as well as overseeing content development to position Tillster as a leader in the marketplace. This content will include white papers, case studies, videos, and various marketing collateral. Furthermore, you will drive the sales development team to align demand generation efforts with sales priorities, establishing strong communication channels between demand generation and sales teams to facilitate efficient lead handoff and conversion. You will also oversee Tillster's public relations activities, ensuring they align strategically with overall demand generation objectives and brand messaging. This includes developing relationships with media outlets and key stakeholders to enhance Tillster's visibility and reputation, as well as managing the PR agency relationship to execute effective campaigns that support demand generation efforts.
