About The Position
The Senior Director, Executive Services and Workplace Planning is responsible for building and executing Empower's workplace strategy for financial planning and executive engagement. This role focuses on developing key services such as stock-plan, nonqualified plan, and executive financial planning services, while leading a high-performing team to enhance customer experiences and drive plan sponsor adoption.
