About the position

The Senior District Manager for Immunology Autoantibody Diseases at Johnson & Johnson is responsible for leading sales efforts in the Pacific Northwest District. This role involves mentoring and developing a team of Rare Disease Account Executives (RDAEs) to achieve sales objectives, implementing strategic business plans, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to drive business results. The position requires a strong focus on customer engagement and a competitive, patient-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Mentor, develop, and inspire a team of RDAEs to achieve sales objectives for Immunology Autoantibody products.
  • Shape and implement business strategies, including local ecosystem strategic plans and account level strategies.
  • Collaborate extensively with internal partners and external stakeholders to inform brand strategy and drive business results.
  • Engage effectively with key influencers to advocate for product offerings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree is the minimum requirement.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of successful experience in pharmaceutical or biotech sales, specifically selling or managing sales teams for FDA-approved products.
  • Valid Driver's License in one of the 50 United States.
  • Ability to travel up to 60%.
  • Residence within the assigned geography or willingness to relocate.

Nice-to-haves

  • Proven management and supervisory experience coaching and motivating a team.
  • Completion of a J&J Management Development Program or equivalent management experience.
  • Prior experience in rare diseases, particularly in neurology and hematology.
