About the position

The Senior DoD Financial Management Analyst will support a federal customer's multi-domain technology platform, providing military and business decision makers with access to authoritative enterprise data and structured analytics. This role involves managing and optimizing financial processes, utilizing expertise in various financial management tools, and engaging with clients to deliver tailored financial solutions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand their financial management needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Utilize knowledge of Qlik, Databricks, SAP-FM, and Oracle to analyze financial data and create reports and dashboards.
• Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) activities from various feeder systems.
• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of financial systems, providing guidance to end-users.
• Conduct financial analyses, reconciliations, and audits to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
• Offer financial advisory services to clients based on expert analysis.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in DoD financial management.

Requirements

• Active Secret Clearance is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Financial Management Analyst within DoD Headquarters or Components.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Proficiency in Databricks, Qlik, and Oracle.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret complex financial data accurately.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to high-quality results.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• CDFM, CGFM, or DoD FM Certification, or proficiency in Python coding is a plus.
