About the position

The Senior .NET Developer position involves designing and developing web applications using a variety of technologies including .NET Core, Angular, and WPF. The role requires strong experience in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) and the ability to work in both traditional and Agile methodologies. This is a long-term contract position based in Columbia, SC, requiring onsite presence.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop web applications using .NET Core, Angular, and WPF.
• Implement and maintain APIs and microservices using REST principles.
• Develop and optimize SQL Server database schemas and stored procedures (T-SQL).
• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), including analysis, design, development, testing, and support.
• Collaborate with team members in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Requirements

• Strong experience with Entity Framework (EF), .NET Core, ASP.NET, C#, WPF, Angular, MVC, API, and T-SQL.
• Proven ability to design and develop web applications using JavaScript technologies such as Node or React.
• Experience with SQL Server database design and development.
• Ability to work in both traditional waterfall and Agile methodologies.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Azure DevOps.
