About the position

The Senior EDI Specialist at Padagis is a part-time role focused on supporting the IT organization by analyzing, designing, and developing EDI application interfaces and maps. This position involves ensuring the proper configuration of EDI tools and systems, coordinating trading partner implementations, and conducting EDI testing. The role is remote with occasional travel to the corporate office in Grand Rapids, Michigan.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, and develop specifications for enhancements and extensions with EDI application interfaces and maps.
• Ensure proper configuration and set-up of the EDI tools and systems that support file transfer between internal and external trading partners.
• Coordinate trading partner implementations and conduct EDI testing.
• Document processes, data flow, file specifications, and mapping using standard formats.
• Perform other duties or work on other projects as business needs determine.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 7 or more years of related experience.
