About the position

The Senior Electrical and Controls Engineer position at Schneider Electric is a critical role within the Modernization Team, located in West Chester, OH, near Cincinnati. This position is primarily onsite initially, with the potential for 2-3 days of remote work once the engineer is acclimated to the team and responsibilities. The engineer will be responsible for the design and coordination of low and medium-voltage switchgear assemblies and systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards such as IEEE/ANSI, IEC, and NEC/NFPA 70E. This role requires a strong focus on electrical control and protection schemes, as well as the ability to manage project delivery and installation schedules effectively.
