Our team ensures that the cloud remains operational, supporting all AWS data centers and the essential servers, storage, networking, power, and cooling equipment that our customers depend on. We tackle complex challenges with numerous variables affecting the supply chain, and we are looking for talented individuals who are eager to contribute to our mission. As part of a diverse team that includes software, hardware, and network engineers, supply chain specialists, security experts, and operations managers, you will collaborate across AWS to uphold the highest standards of safety and security while providing seemingly infinite capacity at the lowest possible cost for our customers. We foster an inclusive culture that welcomes bold ideas and empowers you to take ownership of your projects. In this role, you will leverage your hands-on electrical design experience to create resilient and cost-effective electrical distribution systems. You will be responsible for taking designs from concept through to the permit and construction document set, defining critical equipment specifications, and approving equipment submittals. At Amazon, we prioritize continued learning and employee development, ensuring that our engineers are equipped to drive change and define the systems that our customers rely on. As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you will work on multi-million dollar designs that support a wide array of businesses and customers. You will be expected to communicate technical decisions to senior management and drive continuous advancements in our designs.
