About the position

DuBois & King, Inc. is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer/Designer with 5 to 10 years of experience in site, building systems, and infrastructure design. The role involves preparing reports, CAD drawings, and specifications for various projects related to site development, buildings, HVAC, and electrical processes and controls. The successful candidate will collaborate with other staff members and contribute to the development of plans, specifications, and estimates while conducting site reviews for feasibility studies and design projects.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of reports, CAD drawings, and specifications for projects related to site development, buildings, HVAC, and electrical processes.
• Establishing a working relationship with other staff and being an effective team member of the Division.
• Assisting in the development and preparation of plans, specifications, and estimates.
• Conducting site reviews as needed for feasibility studies, planning, and design projects.
• Learning key engineering software, such as AutoCAD and Revit.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in electrical engineering is required.
• FE (Fundamentals of Engineering) preferred or to be obtained within the first 6 months of employment.
• PE (Professional Engineer) is preferred.
• Experience with AutoCAD and/or Revit is preferred.
