AMA Group is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer (Associate) who is skilled in electrical design and proficient in managing multiple concurrent projects. This role involves utilizing AutoCAD and Revit for daily electrical designs and contributing to the internal training and development program. The position is crucial for the organization, requiring complex work and collaboration with the design team to ensure project success.

Responsibilities

• Produce complete electrical systems design drawings in accordance with the code
• Collaborate in solving a variety of complex engineering problems
• Organize technical and financial proposals for new work
• Keep senior staff informed of important service/design decisions
• Establish a strong relationship with the design team
• Respond to requests and communicate information accurately and timely

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering required; PE highly preferred
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Electrical engineering preferred
• MEP Design Firm experience required
• Expert knowledge of building codes and standards
• Expert understanding of the construction process and interpretation of construction drawings
• Ability to accept a high degree of responsibility in a team-based organization
• Excellent technical knowledge of electrical systems
• Experience in the preparation of technical reports for delivery to clients
• Expert skills with AutoCAD and Revit
