About the position

The Senior Electrical Engineer at Scientific Research Corporation is responsible for leading engineering teams in the design and execution of projects related to the sustainment and modification of USAF assets. This role requires advanced technical knowledge in electrical engineering and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders, including customers and technicians, to ensure project success.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with other engineers and logisticians in the execution of US government contracts for the sustainment and modification of USAF assets
• Lead teams in design and execution
• Oversee the installation of components by technicians
• Collaborate with customers to gather and define requirements
• Interface with customers including briefings and technical exchanges

Requirements

• Engineering degree (electrical preferred)
• Secret clearance preferred (secret eligibility required)
• Advanced technical knowledge relating to electrical and systems engineering
• Deep expertise and proficiency in electrical engineering principles including design and analysis for: electrical circuits, power systems, electronics, and instrumentation
• Excellent communication skills
• Project Management experience
• Problem solving and Innovation
