Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the design team to ensure project success from start to finish.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in an MEP engineering firm or related field as a Project Manager.
  • E.I.T or P.E. certification preferred.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Microsoft Office, and Bluebeam software.
  • Strong working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
  • Ability to influence and prioritize activities within the design team.
  • Excellent communication skills to maintain open communication with clients.
  • Experience in planning, collaborating, and monitoring project budgets.
  • Ability to overcome roadblocks and ensure project completion.
