The Senior Electrical Engineer will lead and manage electrical engineering projects within the company's portfolio, focusing on client relations, project management, and engineering design. Responsibilities

• Lead and manage electrical engineering work within the project portfolio.
• Develop proposals and fees for projects.
• Manage portfolio and project timelines.
• Coordinate with internal teams and contractors.
• Execute engineering design and production tasks.
• Provide on-the-job training support to junior team members.
• Certify and professionally seal project work.

Requirements

• 15+ years of Electrical Engineering experience in the consulting industry.
• Firm understanding of industry standards, regulations, and codes.
• Electrical Engineering Degree from an accredited 4-year institution.
• PE license preferred.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with electrification and battery electric vehicle charging systems.
