About the position
The Senior Electrical Project Manager will oversee high-profile projects, particularly in Mission Critical Data Center Construction, ensuring they are managed effectively from inception to completion. This role involves project and account management, business development, and estimating, contributing to the overall success of the projects and the company.
Responsibilities
- Manage overall project schedule and milestones, including financial tracking, labor management, change orders, materials purchasing, and customer relations.
- Maintain and develop customer relationships, managing large accounts and generating new business annually.
- Determine materials take-off, review project scope, and finalize bids.
Requirements
- Five years' experience in a project management position.
- Two years' experience in Mission Critical Data Center Construction.
- Construction management degree.
- Estimator/Project supervisor experience.
- Electrical experience including apprenticeship, journeyman, wireman, or project foreman/general foreman.
- Demonstrated financial analytical skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
