In this role, you will be directly responsible for driving the end-to-end strategy and execution of our lifecycle marketing strategy for Launch Potato's brand, which attracts around 7 million monthly consumer visits. This position offers a unique opportunity to take ownership and actively contribute to scaling, rebuilding, or reimagining an email brand that generates over $1M in annual revenue. We are looking for a passionate individual who thrives on the grind and is obsessed with winning. You will be expected to work during EST hours, with a commitment to checking data outside of standard hours, including weekends and evenings. Your primary focus will be on optimizing and expanding automations for prospective and existing investors, creating a more personalized experience, and generating a flywheel of testing and feedback. You will utilize lifecycle campaigns and strategies to double revenue for the business, develop sophisticated omni-channel campaigns across email, SMS, and push notifications, and own the analysis and presentation of results. This includes evaluating individual campaigns, long-standing automations, and the overall state of the program. You will also communicate flagged trends and offer solutions to enhance the lifecycle and marketing team’s performance. Additionally, you will partner with our Messaging Operations Manager to establish API connections for triggers and data flows, ensuring correct data architecture within our marketing ESP. Your role will involve creating workflows that support the easy creation of highly personalized communications and acting as a leader in email code by debugging teammates' work while staying updated on the latest trends and platforms. This position is not managerial, but it requires a hands-on approach and a deep understanding of consumer psychology, quality content, and messaging.
