About the position
The Senior Email Marketing Manager will lead the migration and consolidation of email programs to the Iterable platform, focusing on developing strategies and executing email marketing initiatives aimed at healthcare professionals (HCPs). This role is pivotal in optimizing engagement and retention programs, utilizing data-driven insights to enhance customer journeys and drive business impact.
Responsibilities
- Lead the migration and consolidation of email programs to the Iterable platform.
- Develop and execute comprehensive HCP marketing journeys that drive engagement and business impact.
- Create responsive email templates that adhere to brand guidelines.
- Analyze email campaign performance data to optimize communication cadence and audience engagement.
- Build and manage a small team of email marketers, prioritizing campaigns against business needs.
- Monitor email deliverability metrics and implement strategies to improve open rates and conversion rates.
- Identify trends to build audience segmentation strategies for effective messaging.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 3-5 years of email marketing experience.
- Experience in healthcare professional marketing is strongly preferred.
- People management experience and leadership skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication skills to convey project needs effectively.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with project management software (e.g., Asana, Smartsheet, Salesforce, Basecamp, MS Project, Monday).
- Industry experience in Publishing, Media, Health Care, or Pharmaceutical sectors.
