The Senior Employee Relations Manager at LogicMonitor is a pivotal role responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive global employee relations policies and procedures that align with the organization's objectives. This position is based in Austin, TX, within the vibrant San Jacinto Center, which serves as a hub for productivity and collaboration. The Senior Employee Relations Manager will provide expert guidance to managers and employees on complex employee relations issues, resolve complaints and grievances, and ensure compliance with employment laws in the various countries where LogicMonitor operates. This role is critical in fostering a positive workplace culture, driving employee engagement initiatives, and managing performance improvement processes with significant autonomy. In this role, the Senior Employee Relations Manager will be tasked with several key responsibilities. They will develop and implement employee relations policies, manage investigation tracking, and ensure consistency and fairness in the application of these policies across the organization. The manager will provide expert advice and support to managers and HR Business Partners (HRBPs) on a wide range of employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, grievances, and disciplinary actions, ensuring that all issues are resolved in compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Additionally, the Senior Employee Relations Manager will investigate and resolve employee complaints and grievances, conducting exit interviews and providing actionable feedback to management to improve employee relations. They will also develop and conduct employee relations training programs for managers and employees, enhancing their ability to handle workplace issues effectively. Collaboration with HR, legal teams, and business leaders will be essential to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, as well as to develop and execute employee engagement and retention initiatives.
