The SEM will leverage their expertise in learning initiatives to drive change and improve team performance, while also being recognized as a thought leader within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Leverage business acumen and knowledge of learning to lead conversations with colleagues.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Product Management to align go-to-market plans with HBP and CL strategy.
• Enable client-facing teams on new processes and keep them updated on product enhancements.
• Create clarity in ambiguous situations to advance strategies and projects.
• Design and execute functional onboarding for new employees in client-facing roles.
• Develop learning programs to extend HBP's reach in the marketplace.
• Measure the effectiveness of learning solutions and identify capability gaps.
• Support financial objectives by recommending budget items and controlling costs.

Requirements

• 5+ years designing and delivering learning development programs.
• 7+ years in consulting and professional services for complex learning solutions or in a learning and development organization.
• Broad-based knowledge of Learning and Development.
• Strong interpersonal skills and collaboration abilities.
• Innovative, flexible, and client-focused approach to consulting.
• Strong business and financial acumen with a sense of urgency.
