About the position

As a Senior Endur Product Manager at Publicis Sapient, you will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, leading the vision, strategy, and roadmap for digital products within major Digital Business Transformation engagements. Your role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to understand business needs and customer requirements, ensuring the delivery of value through iterative product development cycles.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients, strategists, experience leads, and architects to frame business goals and value pools.
• Develop product vision, strategy, and market/user research with a customer-centric approach using design thinking tools.
• Represent clients in ideation workshops to identify new ideas, customer needs, pain points, and solution options.
• Develop solution hypotheses iteratively based on user research and market trend analysis.
• Establish customer journey mapping to guide product development and validate findings through user testing.
• Translate product vision into a prioritized roadmap containing well-defined features.

Requirements

• 10+ years of working experience with Open Link Endur V16 & Higher.
• Understanding of different Market Managers in Endur.
• Good understanding of Crude & Refined products business.
• Experience in energy trading and risk management, particularly in Oil Trading & scheduling.
• In-depth knowledge of various derivatives instruments covering US and Europe markets.
• Strong understanding of Trading, Operations settlements, accounting, and compliance functions.
• Hands-on experience with Deal Modelling, C-motion, reference data, risk valuation, invoicing, settlements, and reporting within Endur.
• Experience with PnL & Exposure reports & Simulations.

Nice-to-haves

• Ability to understand business needs and convert them into functional requirements and solution designs.
• Experience working with Traders/Operations/Market Risk groups for new business/product setup & modelling.
• Experience working with offshore technical teams and providing guidance.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Experience providing training and preparing process guides.
