About the position

As a Senior Endur Product Manager at Publicis Sapient, you will play a pivotal role in guiding the vision, strategy, and roadmap for digital products within major Digital Business Transformation (DBT) engagements. Your primary responsibility will be to act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring that their business goals and end-customer needs are at the forefront of product development. You will collaborate closely with clients, strategists, experience leads, and architects to frame business goals and identify value pools that can shape transformative product propositions. This role requires a deep understanding of the energy trading and risk management landscape, particularly in oil trading and scheduling, as well as a strong grasp of various derivatives instruments and market dynamics. In this position, you will be responsible for developing a comprehensive product vision and strategy, conducting market and user research, and utilizing design thinking tools to keep the customer at the center of all initiatives. You will represent the client in ideation workshops, identifying new ideas, customer needs, pain points, and potential solutions. Your ability to develop solution hypotheses iteratively, based on user research and industry trends, will be crucial in guiding product development. You will also establish customer journey mapping to validate learning through user testing, ensuring that the product roadmap is aligned with the overall vision and delivers value to the client. Your role will involve translating the product vision into a well-defined roadmap that prioritizes features necessary to realize the product's value. You will leverage your extensive experience with Open Link Endur and your understanding of the crude and refined products business to drive product success. This position requires a proactive approach to managing multiple tasks, providing training when necessary, and preparing process guides to support business operations.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with clients, strategists, experience leads, and architects to frame business goals and value pools.
  • Develop product vision, strategy, and market/user research with a customer-centric approach.
  • Represent clients in ideation workshops to identify new ideas, customer needs, and solution options.
  • Develop solution hypotheses iteratively based on user research and market trend analysis.
  • Establish customer journey mapping to guide product development and validate learning with user testing.
  • Translate product vision into a prioritized roadmap containing well-defined features.

Requirements

  • 10+ years working experience with Open Link Endur V16 & Higher.
  • Understanding of different Market Managers in Endur.
  • Good understanding of Crude & Refined products business.
  • Experience in energy trading and risk management with emphasis on Oil Trading & scheduling.
  • In-depth knowledge of various derivatives instruments covering US and Europe markets.
  • Strong understanding of Trading, Operations settlements, accounting, and compliance functions.
  • Hands-on experience with Deal Modelling, C-motion, reference data, risk valuation, invoicing, settlements, and reporting within Endur.
  • Experience with PnL & Exposure reports & Simulations.
  • Familiarity with Endur JVS and Open Components.

Nice-to-haves

  • Ability to understand business needs and convert them to functional requirements and solution designs.
  • Experience working with Traders/Operations/Market Risk group for new business/product setup & modelling.
  • Ability to work with offshore technical teams and provide guidance.
  • Strong multitasking skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Experience providing training to business and preparing process guides.
