About the position

The Senior Endur Product Manager at Publicis Sapient is responsible for leading the vision, strategy, and roadmap for digital products within client engagements. This role involves collaborating with clients to understand their business needs and delivering value through iterative product development cycles. The position requires a deep understanding of energy trading and risk management, particularly in oil trading, and the ability to translate client needs into actionable product features.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients and cross-functional teams to define business goals and product propositions.
• Develop product vision and strategy through market and user research, focusing on customer-centric design.
• Facilitate ideation workshops to identify customer needs and potential solutions.
• Create solution hypotheses based on user research and market analysis.
• Establish customer journey mapping to guide product development and validate findings through user testing.
• Translate product vision into a prioritized roadmap with well-defined features.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience with Open Link Endur V16 & Higher.
• Understanding of different Market Managers in Endur.
• Knowledge of Crude & Refined products business.
• Experience in energy trading and risk management, particularly in Oil Trading & scheduling.
• In-depth knowledge of various derivatives instruments covering US and Europe markets.
• Familiarity with pipeline & cargo business.
• Strong understanding of trading, operations settlements, accounting, and compliance functions.
• Hands-on experience with deal modeling, risk valuation, invoicing, settlements, and reporting within Endur.
• Experience with PnL & exposure reports and simulations.

Nice-to-haves

• Ability to convert business needs into functional requirements and solution designs.
• Experience working with Traders/Operations/Market Risk groups for new business/product setup.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Experience providing training and preparing process guides.
