Responsibilities

  • Leverage Ad Tech environment to design and implement ML systems that improve advertising effectiveness and user engagement within the digital landscape.
  • Design, build, and iterate on machine learning and deep learning systems, ensuring they align with our strategic goals.
  • Conduct rigorous ML experiments and tests, synthesizing findings to inform development.
  • Work closely with data scientists, analysts, and stakeholders across functions to capture and translate machine learning needs into robust solutions.
  • Architect and refine data pipelines, ensuring efficient data flow and processing for optimal ML model performance.
  • Commit to ongoing enhancement of ML models, incorporating retraining and monitoring, and stay abreast of emerging trends in machine learning, ad tech, and generative AI.
  • Run machine learning tests and experiments, documenting findings and results.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and other stakeholders to understand machine learning needs and requirements.
  • Construct optimized data pipelines to feed machine learning models.
  • Continuously improve machine learning models, training, retraining, and monitoring systems and models as needed.
  • Stay up to date with new technologies and best practices in machine learning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
  • 2-5 years hands-on industry experience in ML Engineering (or equivalent quantitative job title)
  • Deep technical knowledge of machine learning
  • Ability to write code in Python, Java, and R
  • Familiarity with machine learning frameworks and libraries (TensorFlow, Pytorch, Keras, Scikit-Learn, Spark MLib, Langchain etc.)
  • Understanding of data structures, data modeling, and software architecture
  • Strong collaborator with cross-functional teams from tech, design, and business and experience leading teams in an agile setting
  • Ability to communicate and explain data and its implications to various stakeholders
  • Ability to evaluate different options proactively and to tackle problems in an innovative way, developing new solutions or combining existing methods to build new approaches
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
  • Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
  • Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position.

Nice-to-haves

  • Advanced Computer Engineering degree
  • Experience with advertising technology (AdTech), particularly in designing solutions that enhance ad targeting, measurement, and optimization.
  • Familiarity or hands-on experience with generative AI and large language models, understanding their potential impact on machine learning and ad tech innovations.
