About The Position

The Senior Engineer, Test and Validation at Anora LLC is a key contributor to project teams focused on semiconductor devices. This role involves breaking down project milestones into actionable tasks, managing work independently, and ensuring quality execution and adherence to schedules. The engineer will also be responsible for training and mentoring team members, as well as defining, architecting, and developing test and validation solutions for semiconductor devices, including both hardware and software components.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field (or equivalent).
• 3 years of experience in semiconductor test and validation with a focus on analog.
• Experience in hardware design and debug.
• Experience in software development and debug.
• Experience in semiconductor analog and digital debug.
• 6 months of training in semiconductor flow and test statistics, automated test equipment, and hardware/software development.

Responsibilities

• Comprehend project milestones and break them down into tasks and actions.
• Self-manage and work independently to complete milestones.
• Articulate work and participate in discussions with clients.
• Accountable for quality of execution and schedule.
• Contribute to training and mentoring of team members.
• Define, architect, and develop test and validation solutions for semiconductor devices.
• Design hardware to test semiconductor devices.
• Architect and develop software for test and validation of semiconductor devices.
