This role involves working on first silicon verification, characterization, qualification, and manufacturing processes, ensuring that products meet quality and performance standards. The engineer will collaborate with various teams to implement effective testing methods and support manufacturing processes, contributing to the overall success of product development and production.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop high-performance test solutions for first silicon verification, characterization, qualification, and manufacturing of precision digital and mixed-signal products.
  • Create and debug multi-site, cost-effective test hardware/software solutions for characterization, qualification, and production wafer probe and final test.
  • Implement cost-effective methods for testing, evaluating, and troubleshooting systems and equipment throughout product development and manufacturing phases.
  • Define test schematics and collaborate with layout engineers to design printed circuit boards for multi-site test hardware.
  • Debug test programs and correlate production test solutions to engineering bench measurements, transferring solutions to manufacturing sites.
  • Engage with manufacturing to maintain production yield and quality, resolving product and test issues post-production release.
  • Participate in new product development teams and evaluate new test systems for future applications.
  • Work with Design and Systems/Applications teams to develop and implement a Design for Test plan, transitioning tests to Automatic Test Equipment.
  • Manage and maintain project schedules aligned with product introduction and release.

Requirements
