About the position

The Senior Manager of Data and Machine Learning (ML) Solution Architects at Apple is responsible for leading a team that defines and executes the vision for the adoption of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and ML technologies across the organization. This role involves technical leadership, team mentorship, customer engagement, and driving the adoption of innovative AI/ML solutions to meet internal customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Data and ML Solution Architects, providing guidance and support.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning within the team.
• Provide technical leadership and expertise in the design and implementation of AI/ML solutions.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI/ML to drive innovation.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand their AI/ML needs and requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored AI/ML solutions.
• Drive the adoption of AI/ML technologies across the organization.
• Develop and implement strategies for change management and training related to AI/ML initiatives.
• Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of AI/ML initiatives.
• Monitor and analyze performance data, providing insights for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Minimum 8+ years of experience in a leadership role managing teams with data and ML expertise.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience working with distributed data processing.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
