The Engineering Program Manager (EPM) for the Cloud Infrastructure team at Apple Services Engineering is responsible for delivering innovative product solutions that shape the future of large-scale infrastructure. Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple projects across various locations and teams.
• Drive projects for Apple Cloud Infrastructure, ensuring high service availability and scalability.
• Partner with engineering, design, and leadership teams to deliver complex software solutions.
• Implement standard methodologies and improve operational efficiency in cloud services.
• Facilitate requirements sessions, design meetings, and progress/status meetings.

Requirements

• 8-10 years of proven experience in technical project management in software development for Site Reliability Engineering / DevOps / Infrastructure domains.
• Experience leading Cloud native Infrastructure programs.
• Strong background in program and project management complemented by technical abilities.
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
